NSS is based in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. In addition to the Nordic countries, the Group operates in Russia through its subsidiary ZAO Lainapeite and in the Baltic countries through its subsidiary NSS Baltic OÜ.

When
The company's history goes back to 1883, when Scott William Gibson founded "The Factories of Jonsered" for the manufacturing of sailcloth and cordage in Gothenburg, Sweden. Since the 1930s, NSS has developed its business expertise and product range with skill and dedication. Tarpaulins were introduced in the 1950s, weather shelters in the 1980s, and the first party shelter in the 1990s. Timber covers were included in our product range in 2000.

Today the Group is owned by Accent Equity Partners and NSS management.
